Maria Bartiromo has been praised for her work as an American television journalist. Her television shows are loved and she's the first broadcaster to broadcast live from the New York Stock Exchange. Over the course of her twenty-year career as a journalist, Bartiromo played an important role in the establishment of the television channel CNBC to become one of the most prominent in economic and business coverage. At first, she wanted to be a singer. In the end, she chose to pursue interior design. Journalism was too exciting for her to ignore. Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn has been an American actress for film as well as stage since the late 1970s. She has been a professional actor for over 27 years. Her career began in 1990 in an off Broadway production called The Big Funk, by John Patrick Shanley. As a character in The Perfect Tribute, she was given her first TV appearance the following year. In 1992, her acting career established when she was offered as a character in the film Basic Instinct. The Firm is where she made her debut as the female lead in the film alongside Tom Cruise & Gene Hackman. In the 90s, she worked alongside some of the top actors in Hollywood, like Gwyneth Paltrow as well as Hugh Grant. Recently she played Dr Alex Blake in the internationally famous crime drama that is a police procedural Criminal Minds.
